Hostel Design has two bedrooms located at the upper floor. The ground floor houses the living room, veranda, bath, dining/kitchen and service area. At the second floor, you can relax at the balcony which is overlooking the street at the front.Can be accommodated in a lot with 20 meters depth.
Since one unit has a width of only 4 meters, in a 300 square meters lot area you can already build a 4-door townhouse. A considerable investment that can secure your future in terms of income generation.
Most of lands sold today are not considerably big due to high value especially on rural areas and cities, this design is more appropriate because we can use most of the space. Make sure to consider this design as reference for your future mtownhouse or apartent.
